高晶，博士/博士後，伟德betvlctor网页版教授，黑龍江省國資委投資咨詢專家，黑龍江省管理科學與工程學會理事，黑龍江省東北亞經濟技術研究會理事。主要研究方向：管理決策與優化、戰略決策與管理、知識管理與協同創新、創新生态系統等。主持國家自然科學基金1項、國家社科基金項目1項、黑龍江省應用技術研究與開發計劃項目1項、黑龍江省社會科學基金1項、中國博士後基金1項、黑龍江省博士後資金項目2項；參與國家自然科學基金項目2項，省級科研項目10餘項。獲黑龍江省社會科學優秀成果二等獎1項、三等獎1項、優秀獎1項。在Journal of Innovation & Knowledge、International Journal of Information Management、Journal of Business Research等SSCI期刊，SCI期刊和CSSCI期刊發表相關論文30餘篇。
